* International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within major cities: 3–5 business days.
Delivery to remote areas: 5–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, holidays, weather conditions).
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website).
For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery two times
If the package is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, it will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you find any product damaged or missing, notify us within 24 hours with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
